Translate labels into observable needs

Discuss focus time, meeting load, decision rights, planning depth, feedback cadence, conflict norms, documentation, and response to change. Agreements about behavior are more useful than type labels.

Compatibility depends on the work

A pairing that is powerful in discovery may struggle in execution. Team fit changes with the task, incentives, leadership, workload, psychological safety, and clarity of ownership.

Never use MindSoi for selection

A development assessment is not a validated hiring test. Do not rank candidates, screen employees, or make promotion decisions from MindSoi results.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Which archetypes work best together?

There is no universally best pairing. Complementarity helps only when roles and communication agreements are clear.

Should teammates share results?

Only voluntarily and with informed consent. People should control what personal results they disclose.
