Editorial and review policy

How MindSoi creates career content without claiming expertise, validation, or evidence it does not have.

Effective and last reviewed: July 18, 2026

Who reviews MindSoi content

Current product and educational content is reviewed by the MindSoi product team. MindSoi does not currently claim independent review by a psychologist, psychometrician, licensed counselor, or other clinical professional unless a page names that reviewer and accurately states their qualifications.

The About page describes the current organization and invites qualified external review. This policy will be updated when named specialists formally review specific material.

Source standards

Career and labor-market claims should use primary or authoritative sources whenever available, including O*NET, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, government publications, original research, and documentation from the organization responsible for a framework.

External sources provide general context. They do not validate MindSoi's proprietary assessment, archetypes, career suggestions, or AI-generated guidance.

Assessment and AI boundaries

MindSoi's assessment is a self-reflection product and has not been independently psychometrically validated. It must not be described as diagnostic, clinical, predictive of job performance, or suitable for hiring and promotion decisions.

Generative AI may help explain confirmed information and develop questions or experiments. Career Teller is instructed to ground occupational facts in retrieved evidence and expose the cited source, version, geography, and retrieval date. It does not calculate the archetype, verify personal facts, guarantee outcomes, or replace qualified professional advice.

Review dates and material updates

Indexable guidance pages display a last-reviewed date. Dates should change only after a meaningful factual or editorial review, not automatically on every deployment.

Material changes include new evidence, corrected claims, revised methodology, substantial new sections, or changes to product behavior that affect what a page promises.

Corrections

Readers can report an error through the Contact page or by emailing hello@mindsoi.com. The product team should verify the report, correct confirmed errors promptly, and update the review date when the correction materially changes the page.
