What MindSoi offers
MindSoi is a free career personality test and AI career-guidance platform. Its 48-question assessment maps a person's responses to one of 16 work archetypes, then explains likely strengths, risks, preferred environments, and practical career experiments.
People can view an initial result without payment. Optional tools include a more detailed report, career planning, and Mara, an AI career companion. MindSoi is not a clinical test, a hiring assessment, or a substitute for a qualified career counselor or mental-health professional.

Why MindSoi exists
Most career products offer either a static label or generic advice. MindSoi is being built to connect self-reflection, a transparent work-style model, practical career experiments, and an ongoing AI conversation without pretending that one test can choose a life.
An independent product
MindSoi is currently an independently operated early-stage product. This page does not claim psychologists, licensed counselors, institutional affiliations, customer counts, or research partnerships that do not exist.
Product principles
The product is guided by transparency, user agency, privacy, reversible experiments, deterministic scoring, explicit AI boundaries, and separation of reflective entertainment from evidence-based career guidance.
