Information you provide
MindSoi may receive assessment answers, an email address, account authentication information, career-profile details you choose to save, interview reflections, and messages sent to Mara or Career Teller. Career Pivot pilot applicants may also provide a decision statement, work history, decision timing, options already considered, and compensation, benefit, location, schedule, family, visa, or training constraints. Payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored by MindSoi.

Device-only wellbeing data
Wellbeing check-ins and private journal entries are designed to remain in your browser's local storage. They are not intentionally sent to MindSoi, Supabase, an AI model, or analytics. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove them.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the assessment, calculate and display results, retrieve career evidence, answer Career Teller questions, evaluate Career Pivot pilot fit, prepare and deliver an accepted guided Sprint, provide requested account and AI features, deliver purchased reports, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Signed-in Career Teller conversations may be saved to the account; guest conversations remain in the browser unless the user deliberately submits them again. MindSoi does not use assessment results for hiring or sell career applications or results to employers.
Service providers
Current infrastructure can include Vercel for hosting and cookie-free analytics, Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for optional AI-generated guidance, and an email-delivery provider when email features are enabled. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Analytics and cookies
Vercel Web Analytics measures page views, approximate country, device, browser, referrer, and route without using advertising cookies or storing direct personal identifiers. MindSoi does not currently run behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking. See the Analytics Disclosure for details.
Retention and security
MindSoi aims to retain account and product data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. Career Pivot applications and artifacts are private by default and stored in the protected application database; free-text intake is excluded from product analytics. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal information where applicable. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent for optional features. Requests can be sent to hello@mindsoi.com and may require identity verification.
Children and international use
MindSoi is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by a child without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.

- Do not use MindSoi for emergency, medical, or clinical care.
