The assessment and initial archetype result are free. Review them before deciding whether to purchase an expanded report. The checkout page shows the price, currency, and product description before payment.
When a refund may be available
Contact hello@mindsoi.com within 14 days of purchase. MindSoi will normally refund duplicate charges, payments where the report was not delivered because of a verified technical failure, or purchases that cannot be fulfilled as described.
- Include the purchase email and approximate transaction date.
- Do not send complete card numbers or security codes.
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
Personalized digital reports
Because an expanded report is generated for a specific assessment result and can be accessed immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after the report has been delivered or substantially accessed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Guided Career Decision Sprint
Applying to the pilot is free. If an applicant is accepted, the price and delivery terms are shown again before payment. A participant may request cancellation before the first guided session and MindSoi will normally provide a full refund. If MindSoi cannot deliver the accepted Sprint as described, MindSoi will provide a full refund. After guided delivery has begun, requests are reviewed based on completed and undelivered work, the reason for cancellation, and applicable consumer law.
Timing and statutory rights
MindSoi aims to respond within five business days. Banks and card networks control how long an approved refund takes to appear. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.
