Acceptance and eligibility
By using MindSoi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; users under the age of majority should involve a parent or guardian.
What MindSoi provides
MindSoi provides self-reflection assessments, work-archetype results, optional AI guidance, source-backed Career Teller research, private wellbeing tools, optional paid digital reports, and a limited guided Career Decision Sprint pilot. Career Teller retrieves selected occupational evidence and links to its sources; it does not predict an individual's future or guarantee that source data is complete, current for every location, or applicable to a specific employer. The guided pilot is structured decision facilitation that organizes user evidence, constraints, options, and a reversible experiment. It is not licensed counseling unless a specifically identified qualified practitioner is explicitly engaged for that purpose. Features may change as the product develops.
Not professional advice
MindSoi is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational-admissions, or employment advice. It does not diagnose conditions, guarantee outcomes, or replace qualified professionals. Do not use results for hiring, promotion, dismissal, insurance, credit, or other high-stakes decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for access to your email account and for information submitted through your account. Do not probe security, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service to make decisions about another person without permission.
Payments, guided services, and scheduling
Prices and currency are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments. Access to a personalized digital report or accepted guided pilot place is subject to successful payment confirmation. Applying to the Career Pivot pilot does not create a purchase or guarantee acceptance. Accepted participants are responsible for completing intake and scheduling within the stated delivery window. Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property and third-party data
MindSoi's brand, interface, questions, scoring implementation, archetype copy, reports, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Career Teller may include transformed information from sources such as the O*NET database under its stated Creative Commons license and public-domain U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics material; source links and attribution remain with the relevant evidence. You may use your personal result for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce the assessment or sell derivative reports without written permission.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, MindSoi disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for decisions made solely from assessment or AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, termination, and law
MindSoi may update these terms, suspend abusive access, or discontinue features. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Questions or disputes should first be sent to hello@mindsoi.com so they can be addressed informally.
